Dudley Borough Churches Forum Print E-mail
Who We Are:
The Forum facilitates the partnership of the churches in Dudley Borough with each other, and with voluntary and statutory agencies, thus encouraging and enabling their engagement in the social and economic life of the Borough.

Through the Forum, churches engage with the delivery of the Dudley Community Partnership’s Community Strategy 2005-20. It has recently taken part in the Black Country Faith’s Profile which reveals the very significant contribution to the aims of the Strategy especially in meeting the needs of children and young people. The latter is addressed through the Forum’s Every Child Matters Group.

The Forum is sponsored by Black Country Churches Engaged and of Dosti from whom it receives financial and other support. It holds regular open meetings on a wide variety of topics, publishes a periodic newsletter and operates an e-mail news service.

Our Priorities For 08-09
We aim to:

  • Ensure that the voice of the church is heard in wider agendas
Ensure that members of the church recognise role in the wider community
Ensure that needs of socially excluded are addressed in local strategies
